Flow from ordering to shipping

 

In order to deliver freshly roasted coffee beans, we will roast once a week on Monday and then ship it.

 

[1] The order deadline is 8:00 every Sunday.

[2] [1] will be roasted on Monday.

[3] Roasted coffee beans will be packed in bags on the day before shipping.

[4] We will deliver freshly roasted coffee beans to our customers.

 

～Regarding the Change in Order Cut-off Time～

Starting from Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 1:01 PM, the cut-off time for orders shipped every Tuesday will be changed from:

"Sunday at 1:00 PM" → "Sunday at 8:00 AM"

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

 

About shipping

The item will be shipped after the payment is received.

The item will be shipped via air(DHL).

 

・Please be aware that delivery could be delay depending on customs inspection, in case of natural disasters, and other reasons such as postal strikes.

・Import duties, taxes, VAT, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

・We strive for fast and smooth delivery in Our Company, but please understand in advance that we are not responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance.

・Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

・Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

・We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Return Policy

We only accept refund if

・We delivered the wrong products to customer due to our mistakes

・We delivered a damage/defective item(s) to customer.

Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase via Contact Us, and include order number, item, and the reason for refund in a message section of the Contact Us page. We usually respond within one business day.
